Is there such a thing as mankind receiving special gifts or power from
Satan?This answer will surprise many. So the answer to your question is yes,
he not only can, but does whenever it suits his purpose. If you want to
sell your soul for temporary fame, riches or glory that is your right.
Satan will gladly take you up on it.
You say, “Why would anyone do such
a thing? How could anyone be so foolish as to swap momentary fame for
eternal damnation?” The reason many fall for this trap is they are led
to believe that they are following God, and God is giving them these
powers.
Satan even tried to get the true Son
of God, Jesus Christ, to worship him. Don’t think he won’t move in on
you if you give him half a chance.
